I understand this is a lot to read, but it’s very important that you do so! 

The Whispering Willow Boutique cannot be held liable for any issues with shipping or delays after the package has left the warehouse!!

•Processing a return:

I understand at this time we do not offer free shipping on US orders (We plan to change this), but at this time our customers are responsible to pay shipping for returns. As long as your return follows our guidelines customers will receive return in a E- gift card (in store credit).

Upon receiving your order please inspect your items immediately. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any defects.

  • We will not be able to cancel or refund your order if it has already been processed.
  • Coupons utilized will not be reimbursed or re-issued

•We DO NOT offer exchanges. We apologize due to high order volume & the high risk of sellouts, we are not able to process exchanges.

•We DO NOT offer refunds. Store credit or a gift card will be issued within 3-5 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise. 

•ALL SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. (Examples: Holiday items, Doorbuster’s, Clearance items, Preorders, Undergarments: bras, swimsuits, intimates, Earrings, Mystery Bag Sales).

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of you receiving your order.

  • Returns will be refunded in Gift Card form
  • Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
  • Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once we receive it

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy during the holiday season is extended from 14 days to 30 days from the day you received your order. Purchases made after December 21st, 2024 will follow our 14 day return policy. 

For all questions and concerns please send an email, and allow 24 hours for a response. 

I understand some people may not agree with these rules, but please understand the vendors/warehouse’s I use have super strict policies. I plan to do my best to work with you the best I can!
